AT A LOCATION THAT CURRENTLY HAS A WATER METER ON OUR SYSTEM: 
Please complete a Service Application Form located under the Customer Service Tab, then go to Forms. Complete the box section on Page 1 and sign the form on page 4. Applications may be submitted via e-mail, fax or delivered to our office. Our charges are: $75.00 Security Deposit and $50.00 Administration Fee, for a total of $125.00. Payments are accepted over the phone using debit or credit cards. Cash or check payments are also acceptable.
